Good grief, what you failed to mention is that all the red squirrels bonked everything that moved and ate all the nice nuts before b.uggering off

So the red squirrels are fattened and physically toned up for the pot.

    Delicious.

It will make a nice entree before tackling the roasted Singing Pigs.

I get the impression from lurking here for a while that he is a wind-up merchant, trying to spin the slightest story towards "supporting" a particular viewpoint.

I do intend to make serious posts here to, but wind-up merchants are better ridiculed than taken seriously IMHO. There is a risk that some people might take them seriously.

If I am mistaken, what am I not understanding? Don't worry, I am not going to act like one of the psychos over at HPC.

Where is Pickles when you need him
  • :rotfl: Co:rotfl: uple more of these and we will see sentiment change, like i've always said...so much pent up demand..;)

According to the attached article from today's Telegraph it has been negative sentiment from the banks that has led the housing downturn so far. Buyer sentiment has only just started to turn negative.

The coming downwards spiral is only just starting to accelerate

To say that you must be from GHPC, then :)

I like MrB, I think he is a wind up merchant who does not really believe half of what he posts, but his discussions with others make great reading. :D
