Is it safe to give dogs Ice cream/lollies?

I suppose Ice lollys will be better for them than ice cream.
My mutt loves ice cubes, I give her a couple & stick some in her water bowl.
Dogs don't have as many tastebuds as people, so can't really taste very much, they prefer the texture of food. Mine love crunching carrots & crushing grapes.
To keep your dog cool in the hot weather try filling a spray bottle with water & playing 'squirt the dog'. Mine goes mental as soon as she sees the bottle and loves trying to run past while I give her a spray.

I spoke to my dog trainer, who used to train police dogs. He said it was alright to give a dog one child's size scoop of ice cream, but no more than that because it might chill the dog's stomache.Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money but you can't get more time0
