Orange Online Upgrade
Is anybody else having problems with this?
I'm aware that Orange's website has always been a pain in the @ss. For months I couldn't log on to their website before I found out via a agoogle search that their website struggled with people logging on from anything except IE. Now I find, come the last 2-3 weeks of my contract that the upgrade service has been down for the past 10 days.
Everytime I log on, it tells me that this service is unavailable and i need to phone 343?? !!!!!!??. How long does it take to get the service functioning? A cynical part of me makes me think that they are blocking this so that they can sell me some carp phone on the telephone. I pay them about 50 quid a month and am on the last month of a 18 month contract. All I want to see is the contract phones available to me and the upgrade fees without speaking to CS who will try to flog me the crappiest upgrade they have.
Is it because I have the 5 quid a month unlimited broadband? Will they try to get me to scrap that???
