Bargain Crazy RETURNS cost???

I argued the point that they were faulty but never got anywhere with them. I was basically forced to keep them and fix them myself as wasn't worth paying to return them.
In the second reply I got from Bargain Crazy here is what they say about refunding faulty returns:

So, it may be worth remembering that if anyone receives faulty stuff in future. Unfortunately (?!) all of my order was intact.
I may be able to give some of the items to friends/relatives, find a good home for 'em to reduce the postage costs for returns.0 -
If you email bargain crazy about returns they will say you have to pay, however if you just phone the enquiry line and say I have returns to be collected they just arrange a courior to collect. Bargain crazy has such great offers but the way they work is shocking...no returns forms ever, no statements , refunds that can take up to 2 months and various other mistakes0
