I wonder if this would work on Mobile phone Screens?

    well it does
i used brasso on my old 8910i
when i bought it, was about 480 new

a month after it had scratches and screen was liek 70 to fix
so i tired brasso as the phone was insured anyway

and it got rid of most scratches....not all like any deep ones
    but small minor ones...

    worth a shot

we used to use Brasso on small scratches on mirrors. and apparently they use it on glider cockpits. I think you can use it for almost anything that has fine scratches in it, but dont quote me on that!

  • I remember watching my dad in horror as he rubbed Brasso onto the screen of my Sega Game Gear after I moaned about the scratches. Needless to say it worked!

  • Everyone should look on the brighter side of all these ipods being returned.....they will be refurbed with different screens and then re-sold...cheaper :). Must remember to keep looking at the refurb page on the apple store :)

If she hasn't got brasso try toothpaste - just the plain white stuff, not fancy gel types. Does the same job.

Works on any plastics, (even used it on our goldfish tank where daughter no 2 marked it by wiping with a baby wipe which left it foggy).

Also use on CD's, DVD's, - even used it on the little screen on the back of my camera.

    PS. Don't add water ;)

I found a tin of Brasso last night at the back of the cupboard (price tag of 16p on it...how long have I had it!!!) tried it both on my phone and iPod. Worked well on the phone but less well on the iPod screen. Off to try the toothpaste now :D
