Nokia 6300 on 02 (dial-a-phone) Unlocked?

Please, does anyone know if Nokia 6300 on 02 network (12 MONTH CONTRACT) and purchased through Dial-a-Phone comes unlocked? If not, is it one of the cheaper or free ones to unlock, thanks

    Hi I have a 6300 on 12 month with 02 from Dialaphone and it is unlocked. In fact from what I hear all 02 phones are unlocked Gary
