The only thing to be aware of with Pipex is that if you download a lot, they will reduce your bandwidth. This is not restricted to users of P2P. They will do this to any of their members that do a lot of downloading in any form.

But, they won't do it without notification (warning) and they won't do it very readily - I sometimes do lots of downloading and haven't had any problem with getting restricted.

thumbs up to pipex from me as well, done alot of downloading and never had any probs.
I have only had about 2 occasions in the last 3 years that i could not connect, very different from some of the horror stories most of my friends have had with other providers.
probably not the cheapest , but very good service levels
