Anyone know if these are supposed to be allowed by all providers?
I'm particularly thinking of Icesave
, who have told me that they don't allow it but I couldn't see anything in their T&Cs

I made a transfer of partial previous years' Cash ISA funds to Icesave in February 2008, they initially said that they could not take partial transfers but later amended that to they 'preferred' whole funds but would accept partial.
If you search this board, you'll find a thread on partial transfers from Icesave, from memory.0
