Not the case and certainly sorry that I conveyed that impression. I am happy to keep adding as much information as people want so that they can make an informed decision. I do not try and remember all the prices and that is why I offer the tariff guide for those who want to know precisely what they are likely to be paying. The company used to send an accurate quote when the applicant had sent bills for comparison.lisyloo wrote:Your initial posts gave the impression that you dumped a leaflet in their hand and offered them no added value whatsoever. This may not in fact be the case, but that's the impression you gave.

The people from Powergen and British Gas who have called at my door had no clue as to cost per unit and did not carry a price guide. I have not heard that T+ has signed up to the EnergySure scheme. I believe it is a guidleine, not a requirement in law. To my knowledge, T+ have not previously carried out criminal record checks. They have certainly never asked me to sign agreeing to one.pricefighter wrote:So they just up date a business manual and expect everyone to understand the guidelines, products, prices.I thought anybody that sold Energy on behalf of a company was required to have an EnergySure accreditation.
If someone has got a criminal record they cant sell energy, but presumably T-Plus let them sell other products Dont T-Plus check out the people they are sending into peoples homes?

No Energysure is not a requirement legally, but it does mean to get accreditation you have to attend training and pass some tests.I am surprised that T-Plus think that by updating a business manual it qualifys people to sell energy direct. It also surprises me that they dont check up on people representing them.PF.0
