Changing ISP ??

    When an ISP transfer is done is there a period where both ISP's are active so you can forward emails that you wish to keep?

    Are Tiscali worse than other ISPs? Not really... I've had rubbish service with Talktalk and Madasafish and Orange so am now moving to Tiscali...
    I am with Tiscali broadband and telephone , the telephone has not worked since 10th july ,it is dead ,can't receive calls nor make any ! Rang they helpline 0871 in India several times on my pay as you go mobile in desperation. Spent £20 +They do not give a fig! So mrs Tine welcome to Tiscali good things await you!

    I'm still having trouble with Pipex ( TIscali company ) even after leaving them. I received the MAC, confirmed with Pipex customer services by phone that I was migrating on a specific date and that my account was paid up until after that date , ( gave 30 days notice as required, I am not in 12 contract window ) and chose a new suplier. Went live with Plusnet on 2/7/08. Since then I've been getting emails, automated phone calls and now letters from Pipex threatening me with debt clloectors and an adverse report on my credit file if I do not immediately reinstate my Direct Debit. What a bunch of incompetent *****s. I have replied to all their emails and letters but they do not communicate between departments. I am sick of this and do not want to ring again on their 0870 number as I was holding on for ages on Saturday and gave up in the end. Other numbers on "say no to 0870 " are no longer working. Does anyone have a working email address for complaints at Pipex ?
