Quick question: Partial withdrawls

I already have (finally) a Barclays Tax Haven ISA with £1000 in, and am thinking about adding another £1000 which has been sat in my current account doing nothing for far too long. Sorry if this has already been answered, but am I right in assuming that this leaves me with £1,600 available to add this tax year, and that I could theoretically make a withdrawl this week of £60, next week of £40 and etcetera without affecting the interest rate and without counting toward the £1,600 limit?
In other words, can I treat this as a kind of instant access current account (obviously without current account features such as direct debit, linked debit card etc.) without affecting my rate of interest that I'll receive on the remainder of the money in the ISA when April 2009 rolls around?

Yes.
What you can't do is have the remaining allowance has £1600. Take £50 from ISA, and have your remaining allowance altered to £1650. You will still only be able to put another £1600 in.0
