Anyone have a free number to ring 02 CS?

Hello. Just wondered if anybody had a free CS number for 02. Seems like they charge if you are on PAYG? (20p per minute) Looking to get my PAC code and switch to the cheap 3 deals on at CPW.

Try dialing 100 from your o2 mobile not sure if it will work with PAYG, I use it when calling them on my o2 (contract) mobile.

Think we dialled 4445 from O2 PAYG phone to ask for PAC code.

if you dial 4444 (pay and go top up number) and then press 1 for the first option then keep pressing # till it says something like 'you seem to be having problems with your top up to speak to customer service press 1' then it'll take you through to CS free of charge.

Thats the number that charges you 20p a minute to call CS. :mad:

o2 have combined their normal,and online customer service payg centres now using a ngn 08705 678 678.If you have to call it i believe its included in some inclusive minute payg bundles.Also it would cheaper to call the 0870 number from a landline,then use the 4445 no at 20p a minute.Hopefully some one on https://www.saynoto0870.com will come up with the alternative geo number.

i tried ringing all the numbers free or not on the say no to 0870 when you get through to a free number they tell you you have the wrong department but cant put you through you have to ring the 0870 number so i gave up and contacted them by email and got my problem sorted out that way and free as well

Yes i missed it. The 0800 number takes you to sales.But the number 01274 388261 works a treat.
