list of calls with 02's simplicity tarriff..?

i get a bill in but woudl like to review the list of calls but they dont seem to send the list of calls in. can this be requested? thanks in advance for any help.

I take it you are on the Simplicity tariff which you bought from a shop? If I recall correctly, having an itemised paper bill is £1 per month more.

To quote the O2 website

To save costs and to be environmentally friendly, you will only receive a one page bill if you have not requested itemised billing. If however, you feel you need itemisation on your bills every month, you can request itemised billing by clicking on the 'Email Us' link below. There may be a charge.

(my emphasis added).

I am on the online simplicity tariff and I get an online itemised bill for free.... plus you get more text messages and a free bolt-on on the lower tariffs (it's only O2 to O2 calls, but given it's free....).

Yup, itemised paper billing is £1/month. If you register for "My O2" online you shoudl be able to view your usage online, though, even if you're not on an online tariff.

you can view a bill online. they said i can do it on sat when i changed to a contract phone.
