how are you subsidising me? as for my priorities, which since you know me so well,i've been getting a new house buying two new cars having a family holiday. i wanted advice on surround sound tv !!!!!!

i wouldnt go down the cheap route coz the sound wont be as good and it may not do dts sound. you dont have to spend a fortune to get a relatively decent one. you should be able to get something for around £200. this is the one we have which i see is now reduced.

if your system doesnt decode 5.1 sound or dts sound then you wont get it. you also need 6 speakers in total to get 5.1 and dts. home cinema systems will have them but some cheaper ones dont do dts.
