    If you are ever in doubt, contact the company without using the details in the email. So for example, T-mobile customer services:

    * Customer Services from your T-Mobile phone - 150
    Customer Services from any UK landline - 0845 412 5000
    (Opening hours 7:00am - 10:00pm, 7 days a week)
    * Customer Services if you're calling from abroad - + 44 79539 66 150

    None of these numbers match those in the email you have, yet it said to call customer services.

    I have sent an email via T-Mobile's website regarding this as the address given for T-Mobile in the OP is correct and hopefully as a large company they may want to take this further if they're name and address details are being used to scam people.
    Always looking for a bargain and to help
  • I've just received the same scam today with different contact names-so it's still in circulation!
