Just spoken to Dixons and I have to say 100% perfect.
Phoned them up and said I order the fridge. Delivered on Thursday yet I noticed same day that the price had dropped.
They did not argue. The customer services person had me on hold for 2 minutes while they checked the price and product number and came straight back and said they had refunded to my card. :j
Thumbs up Dixons. 100% customer satisfaction. Give them a call about the TV. Basically if the price has dropped in 7 days and you call within that 7 days they will refund the difference :TAugust Make £10 per day £0/£310Credit Card Debt Paid Off £42/2952.680 -
