I don't know what you consider to be cheap, but £399 will get you a lovely little Mac Mini.
Alternatively, if you want to get really cheap, I'm sure you could find an inexpensive PC on eBay or in the classifieds of your local paper. I guess there might not be much point in buying new if you aren't looking for anything too powerful.0 -
