Which Ipod?

I believe that the original ipod needed a seperate charger. The new one, however, has a charger incorporated. I can be re-charged either through your usb connection or through the normal socket. My grandson bought this one

and is thoroughly satisfied with it. Uploading music from your computer is really easy and so is putting pictures on it... and it looks great.
Incidentally he paid £195 for it a few weeks ago.
( if you get if from amazon then p & p is included and if you take out their mastercard first and use that to pay for the ipod they give you 1500 loyalty points which is worth £15.)

Does anyone know what the sony version is like? I think its called a network walkman. Is there any good or bad reviews?
