Took retailer to Court and won...but no money yer :(
I took Microline Mobiles to court and won my case. The judge ruled that I should be paid in 14 days and Microline couldn't appeal.
I have just received a copy of the judgement, and have tried on several occasions to speak to the director of microline, but she is "never in"
Now, I had to chase the court to get them to send me a copy of the judgement, which I have just received. I am wondering what is the best action I should take now. Anyone else took microline to court?

If they are still trading and have assets, go back to the court, pay the £60 and enforce the judgment via having the Bailiffs visit. What will happen is that the Bailiff will enter the premises and if they won't agree to pay, itemise goods that they will seize. As they have already gained possession, they can come back at anytime and just break in. Most retail shops know this so will pay off the Bailiffs. You'll get you money, the Bailiffs will get their money, and everybody will be happy.
You've got your judgment, now enforce it!0 -
As above, you can also go round in person.Happy chappy0

would love to see how this progresses.. if using baliff, be sure to tip off local press.. bad publicity will cost the shop even more, and could be very satisfying!Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
Sometimes seen lurking on the compers forum :-)0
