Higher cost than first stated
After been tricked into a £40 a month contract for my mobile and spending a year paying it without receiving the cash back originally promised I decided to end the contract at the end I was then sold a much cheaper mobile for a comfortable £15 a month only with all the extra stuff admin vat ect its ended up costing me £25 a month and I don't even go over my contract allowance I was told it would be one price and they are seeming to legitimately charge me another can they do this?
I told them from the start that £15 was the maximum I could afford

you need to post who which network you are with, who sold you the phone (a dealer or the network direct), any insurance, length of contract, when you bought it.
Just post every single detail.
you might find someone who can advise of how to save money on your contract0
