Hey peeps - you know what i've just realised? Our little family here is two years old this month! On the 19th, I think... So Happy Birthday to our thread:) :bdaycake:


On a slightly more serious note, I don't think I'd still be here today if it wasn't for this thread, so I just want to say a sincerely heartfelt thank-you to each and everyone of you here. It's not all been plain sailing - that's the nature of depression, of course - we've all really struggled at times, but we've been there for one another too... and over the past two years I have made some wonderful friends. I want you to know you're a very special bunch of people - so please, for me, take a moment to remember that today ok? And thanks to Martin too, for letting us keep our home in what is a money-saving forum :T

Remember, it was a huge step that you took yesterday, and it will cause feelings to rise to the surface, and we're all here to help you through it. You're more braave than me for going to an ED clinic - one day maybe I will, but right now, you're the strong one. Take care of yourself today sweetie, xxx

CCStar, I'm sorry to hear about stepfather, he and all of your family are in my thoughts. I hope he recovers, and that it isn't too hard on all of you in the meantime. I'm sorry your birthday wasn't great, but I'm glad you had a nice meal. Take care xx
