Sorry you're not feeling good Fairydawn. I'm emetophobic and have been since I was 9 years old. It's a horrible fear to have so I understand. It's so horrible to have a fear of something which most other people just view as unpleasant. It makes me panic and have an anxiety attack and then that makes me feel worse. *hugs*
Shaz - I was playing "Trivial Pursuit Unhinged" and then I started playing "Tekken Tag Tournament". I'm such a tomboy underneath the dresses and makeup.lol.

Why is it that I can only be distracted for such a small while, and the urges come back to get me big time?
I'm going to mess about on Photoshop to see if that will help. Failing that, I'll clear out the living room (my living room doubles as a junk room).

Have found a company that does cycle training near me, so I've emailed them asking for more details. I think if I'm going to cycle to work I need to get more confidence and know what I'm doing. There's one junction in particular that scares me, as cars just pull out without looking. Also, someone I know had a nasty accident recently.
Even if I don't continue to cycle to work it still might come in handy in future.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

Howdy all
Just back from a weekend with family, which was lovely but so difficult. Its probably not rational, but I couldn't help sitting there feeling like I don't belong in my family, and how it wouldn't be a great loss to any of them if I wasn't around.
The bad thoughts are still very bad. Written a very honest letter to CPN - think I need to be honest about my stockpiling meds and things. She rated me as a '2' for risk of suicide, but she said she had to put that because of the overdoses and she doesn't really think I'm at risk. I think I'm at risk. Or maybe I'm not? Maybe its all in my head.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
I popped onto the thread a couple of days ago and was overwhelmed by the welcome I received, just wish the rest of the world was such a nice place!
Had a good day out yesterday with my OH went to the races at Doncaster which was followed by Madness. I won a bit but lost a bit more - not much as I'm a real money saver at heart. However all the standing has aggravated my lower back problem - sympathies to the earlier poster.
Then this morning my OH got on his 'high horse' about everything which I tried to let go but in the end it all got too much. So he has ended up going to his parent's for the day on his own which I feel bad about because his mum is terminally ill with cancer and as her daughter lives a long way off I have taken over her role as best I can. Now I've just found out that one of my Aunties has got cancer as well. Will this run ever end? My mum had it last year - and survived though the year before my cat was not so lucky. I know that I should look at it like a non-depressed person would, it is all just coincidence but I just feel like I'm being tested or punished or whatever.
Anyway I'd best stop waffling now.
