hiya hun:D i'm doing ok thanks! i'm enjoying the late evening sunshine... i really do think it eases my depression - I wish the weather could be like this all year round.

Shaz you are a lovely person just as you are, you dont need to change. the right person will show you that to be true.

Yesterday I felt low so I went to my parents for lunch and I stayed overnight feel better and my batteries feel recharged again,off in a minute because Casualty is back on,then I will come on here for a chat before bed time

I went out earlier....and almost got hit by a car!

They really should cut the bushes back on the corner of the road. It's hazardous!

I am Shaz. For a moment I did have some negative feelings and some stupid wishes etc but then I thought about my friends so quickly snapped out of it.

Don't get me wrong Shaz, the suicidal feelings are always there but I hate hurting anybody and I know that it would hurt my best friend if I wasn't here. She never fails to tell me. =/
