possibly, but we are not allowed to give medical advice on this board, however, if it helps what you describe sounds similar to a show I had 3 weeks before DD was born.

If you are worried give your midwife a quick call, or the maternity suite itself :D

At the risk of being way tmi, when I had a "show" 3 days before having DD (I was afew days overdue), I sneezed and felt a bit strange down below, and when I checked it out I found that this huge blob of pinky jelly-ish mucus had left me . Ewwwwww. But as I say it was afew days later before I went into labour and even then it was mainly because of a rather "vigorous" internal. ;) Anyway, what I'm trying to say that for me it was pretty unmistakeable as to what it was.

    Jxx
And it looks like we made it once again
Yes it looks like we made it to the end

    Hi

Good luck with your pregnancy, we've just had a boy 2wks ago, and had loads of questions/worries during it.
The best site for advice we found was http://my.bounty.com/forums/ (not that the advice here is wrong) It's completely free and you meet some great people as well.

I had the same the day before DD was born. I felt something come away when I was in the bath ( I was having contractions) and there it was in the water:o

I had contractions and a show at 35 weeks followed by a couple of days in hospital before being sent home to wait some more! My son arrived at 37+5. I think I am trying to say it could be something or it could be nothing - best bet is to ring your midwife. She may well say do nothing for now but could say if you have some more blood to phone her again or if you have any pain or contractions. I think they like to get you in fairly quickly if you do start having regular contractions. Try not to worry though. They didn't seem overly concerned when Mitchell was threatening to arrive at 35wks. Please call someone though so they can set your mind at rest, oh and make sure your bag is packed. Good luck.
