Transferring ISAS

I am transferring an A&L ISA to another higher interest A&L one. These were from (05/06) and (06/07)
I haven't made this year's contribution (08/09). I have an Egg ISA too from last year (07/08) which I am leaving alone.
Do I have to put my £3600 into A&L because I have transferred into it or can I put it into my Egg ISA?

You can put it wherever you like, even in a new ISA with someone else.0
