Diagnosis on a juddery Megan please!

My V reg Megan had a new gear box and clutch last year and has been serviced. During the last few months it has started juddering a bit in 1st gear when pulling away (as if I wasn't given it sufficient revs). It only does it for the first 5 mins or so of the first useage of the day. I'm just hoping it isn't anything…
