    Thank you, yes my POC did include that but I wasn't sure how to work out the daily rate.

    Is it also right that I can ask them to send me a cheque for the amount claimed rather than the amount claimed being put back into my account, if I win?

    I have received notification that my claim was issued on the 8th July, that the court has send it to both defendants (seperate claims put in on the same day against HSBC and Nat West) on the 8th of July and they will be deemed to be served on the 10th of July and they have to reply by the 14th July. GET IN THERE!!!!

    Got this letter from Nat West today. Phoned the number at the top (not the 0845 one but the 0131 one so I saved some money). I asked the lady at the other end whether she could explain the criteria for classifying "hardship cases" but she said she was not privy to the information (must be awful being a phone monkey). So I have written to them and asked for the criteria. Might as well know how broke you have to be before you are classed as hardship by Nat west.
