Too good to be true?
Hi folks,
I haven't posted anything on here, but I've read a lot, so I thought I'd see if I could contribute for a change!
I was looking for a SIM card and found this one:
http://mobileshop.co.uk/mobile-phones/bt-mobile/contract-mobile-phones/btmobile-sim-only.php/PBTMOBSIMS0002#
Apparently it gives you 12 months free line rental and 150 minutes per month as long as you sign up for a year (at £27/month). With the cashback it comes out for free. It looks like it is genuine (I've used the mobile shop before) but the cashback seems deliberately confusing. Is it worth a punt? Will I remember to send in the vouchers...?

i have used cashback deal before and felt good with e2save.
all you need to do is to make sure the claim date on the beginning of the contract and put it in your diary/phone calendar/outlook at work etc to remind you about it.
or even use one of those pre set reminder service to send you an email by the time. (if one exist, i am sure of it but dont know where to find it.. mayb google)0 -
Why don't you just add it to the reminder service that Martin runs for Balance Transfer alerts (Tart Alert) on the red bar at the top.
I'm about to talk out a cashback deal and I will use the alerts and calendar entries to help me. I am looking at the 6630 '3' deal at e2save, however, I am likely to take the 9 mth free/12mth contract rather than the 12mth free/18mth contract. This is too limit my exposure to the company going bust risk and the 18mth splits the extra 6 months 50/50.0 -
I took a similar deal recently from talkworldonline - £10 phone on a 500 xnet/100text deal - free for 12 months, 12 month contract.
Even got a free accessory pack!Tim0
