Suitehotels, France

Just looking for places to stay in Calais and found Suitehotel and have just booked a Grand Weekend package (3 nights) for £88.00. Seems pretty cheap to me anyone experience it? Eurotunnel return is coming in at £120.00 although I did see a Hoverspeed return for £60.00. (Don't do sea crossings though) Not sure if those hypermarkets are really about money saving though.

Trip advisor says it's good. See review . Not that you have much choice over in there. Ranking 1 out of 2. :D

These have got to be a good thing - absolutely brilliant for anyone with a baby as the main problems with taking a six monther or younger away are lugging a steam steriliser (no microwave) making and warming bottles (no kettle - more often than you think abroad) and storing them (no fridge). Coupled with the free children and the extra space, these have to rival much more expensive hotels. Hope they expand. In fact I might even write to them saying what a good idea it is.

I am not going anywhere in the next couple of months, but I would defo consider these if I was - well done to OP.

Used them quite a few times. Very good hotel. Spacious. Better than some of the more expensive hotels. You will not regret staying there.

I stayed in one in Paris this weekend on a recommendation from this forum. It's fantastic value for money. It has everything you need, is simple but modern, well thought out, clean and tidy. As already said, great with children, especially babies. They provided a cot too.

A little out of town, but transport links were good and to stay in the centre would have been either much more expensive for a similar standard or really taking a risk with quality.
