    Hi Slobbs

I am sure that CCCS now have a team that specialise in people that are self employed.

Pop over to the bankruptcy sub-board - they will be able to help. Maybe the best thing would be for your boyfriend to go bankrupt?
I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.

soa? i'm sorry, i dont know what you mean.
if you mean his debts its well over 100k and thats without the first mortgage.
his business partner (also his ex wife) told him last night that she's missed the minimum repayment this month on 3 cc's.

also i know he's got about 10-15 cc's that are all maxed out.
since they split she's let the business slide (she does the money) and i'm sure it's vengeance

Hi slobbs - this person managed to do a DMP with CCCS when they were self employed (link) what reason have they given for not dealing with him??

If it is for something other than being SE then you may just have to go to the others in the list in this article in turn until someone will take him on (http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/debt-help-plan#help)

In any event CCCS should still give advice and support about the options that he has available

Here is a link to a calculator that helps you do the SOA (http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html) it is basically a list of income, expenditure and assets.
