Legally they're allowed to say no as it isn't a contract until they confirm they are sending it as i would guess that they would only have limited supplies! Still annoying though! I got the email saying they will send it. But I didn't give them my card details so not sure how they will charge me? I would rather they cancelled instead of charging me.0

Just checked and my account says cancelled too - have just sent them an email saying I assume that it is a mistake as I've not cancelled it, and I look forward to receiving my free pack as promised by them. I checked my account status after reading this thread and my order was still wating to be picked. I emailed asking when I could expect delivery of the products (as per Glamour magazine) and I got the same email others have posted. So should expect it next week.
