Legally they're allowed to say no as it isn't a contract until they confirm they are sending it as i would guess that they would only have limited supplies! Still annoying though! I checked my account status after reading this thread and my order was still wating to be picked. I emailed asking when I could expect delivery of the products (as per Glamour magazine) and I got the same email others have posted. So should expect it next week.
