I sent three emails to them following their cancellation of my order - I finally told them that before doing a national magazine promotion in the future, they should ensure that they are both a big enough and honest enough organisation to cope with the demand which would follow. I also said that if, as it seemed, they had been taken by surprise with the demand, they should have been honest enough to have said so, not cancelled peoples orders on trumped up excuses.
I got my pack through the door this mornig, and when I checked the relevant hotmail account I found a nice apologetic email saying they appreciate they were wrong to cancel it and the pack was being sent.
