Hm not right to change the offer after people already ordered. It's still in print in the magazines that it's free. (and I do actually buy them!)

I haven't had a cancellation yet though so same as echo - noooo idea what's going on

I've just had the following email saying that my free sample is on its way:

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for applying for your FREE MOP Discovery pack. We’ve been inundated with requests for the pack, and as a result we’ve been a little slower than we promised in getting your pack to you. The good news is that we’ve bought in extra staff to get through the backlog and will get your pack out to you as soon as possible. I’d expect you to have your pack by the end of next week at the latest, but do bear with us if it takes a couple of extra days beyond this.

I’d like to apologise for the delay and hope you enjoy your free pack when you receive it shortly.

Thanks for the tip, but I think they got annoyed because it says that "due to abuse of this offer we are now charging £2.99 p+p" !! Party poopers.
