mate had this on diesel clio, hose came off intercooler.

loss of power, runs bad etc.

yup, but any mention of a french car they slag it off when it brakes, if its german and broken it doesnt matter as they are "reliable"

Guilty of commenting on a french car in the thread in question, but I am only advising the OP of my own factual personal experience of the make and model being asked about.

I actually own a Citreon myself, so not anti french in the car department.

It doesn't matter because a little break down every once in a while doesn't stop them being "superior" cars ;)
