BT Fusion Bill.
Hi I need help with Bt Fusion mobile,I have only had this phone for a few months, the deal was really good, this Bill was nearly £180.00,I hardly ever use it,I could not afford to pay this all at once(reason, moved house) I wrote to BT to ask them if I would pay this off over two weeks and told them the DD was cancelled(I dont want to pay the bank money for charges),I dont have a credit/debit card and they told me that it has to be DD,please could someone help me to arrange how to pay, they are not helpful at all,I will pay it,do you think if I wrote them another letter and ask them to let me pay half on week and half another(through DD),PLEASE could anyone advise me on what to do,a friend told to me buy a prepaid credit card and put the money on it to pay, would this be the only way....

If you could explain your costs in more detail we might be able to help. There is a danger that you think the costs are cheap because of Fusion mode i.e. calls through your hub while at home or in a openzone hotspot. However this may not be the case. I think it is 4 for 1. so if you signed up to 100 minutes if you only ever called when in hub mode you should get 400 minutes of calls. 100 can quickly be used if not in hub mode.
With regards to your DD that is a condition of service and if you do not pay your are running the risk of the account being shut down in full with HTT being applied and you will be in a worse place.0
