"Longer lasting top-ups from T-Mobile"

This is their way of saying they are reducing some of the PAYG call rates from 1st July 2008:

Unfortunately, just like Vodafone have done, they are introducing a minimum call charge of one minute, depending on how much a one minute call costs on your current price plan.

  • I signed for a Flext 12 month plan with Jag Communications - they told me that all calls were 20p per minute. I have since found out (when sent a text by T-Mobile re my calls so far that month) that all my calls are costing 20p regardless of whether they last 1 minute or 2 seconds. Even if I phone someone and no-one answers I still get charged 20p. I am trying to get them to cancel my contract under the Sale of Goods act as they didn't tell me what the correct call charges are at the time of signing. No-one will speak to me - all I get is you can't cancel.

Do I stand a chance? Are there any other Jag communication customers out there with the same or similar complaints
