which broadband with payg

we have a b.t line but pay for it on pay and call (you pay for credit first before you can make a call) but when i tried to get broadband through tiscali they qould not let me do this because i am on payg. is there any provider that will let you have it on this payment method, my bt line is a 12 month contract and they will not let me go on option 3 again. was thinking of saynig i have moved and then put it in my fellas name, but think its a bit cheeky, or can i go to ntl and get phoneline from them.
