hadn't been bootsing this month much because am really low with the money went in yesterday with the printed No7 vouchers and the NO 7 lady says so wht did you have to do to get this?
i told her i had been sent an email, when i pulled out the 6 i wanted to use she said its only one per person, i told it didnt say so to put my four items through. I gave the other two to my friend and she said why are you using them, i'm off to phone head office.
as we were walking away she said to the next customer some people aren't ashamed of themselves trying to get things for free:mad:
This is the one who is always rude and overpushy do you think its worth a call to customer services?
If it's genuinely your first time using one of the vouchers then I would phone CS.0 -
Thanks for that.
Do you think I could try (or has anyone else tried) the £5 voucher on the hand cream and the other for free milk, toner or wipes together?

Might have to revert back to buying another Hand Saviour perhaps, although with the ladies GWP out of stock now, the offer is not so tempting anymore...

According to their explaination, the voucher shouldn't work if I take the 3-4-2 offer, but what if I'm just buying one, shouldn't the voucher work then?
I was told it shouldn't work with man's range at all. Feel like they don't really know the reason at all, just randomly pick up a possible excuse... They really should ask the IT staff who programmed it and state the exclusions clearly on the voucher itself.0 -

LLYes and also you can use 500points and 600points vouchers from PC. So you can actually get these 2 items free plus 1100 points ( obviously as long as you have all the vouchers!)
See this from CPG's first postcrazyposhgal wrote: »The Olay Hand cream @ £4.97 can be combined with the following vouchers - 600pts pc voucher, 500pts pc voucher and the free wipes/toner voucher so you can pay out £4.97 get 1100pts back. Thanks Sarahskint. You can also use the Save £5 vouchers meaning free wipes, free hand cream and 1100pts back.

I want to get some of this before the sale ends; has anyone tried the color range? I think it's called Brunette Expressions? I actually have some brunette John Frieda glaze that is nice, except it once actually stained my scalp slightly along the part of my hair! So I'm a bit nervous about Pantene.
I've got both of these products and not used either of them yet. Got my pantene stuff the other day with PC coupon and got the JF glaze on clearance for 50p about 3 months ago!!! Hadn't used the JF stuff yet as I use L'oreal casting (£4.50 for 3 boxes on clearance last week!!) to get deeper colour. I didn't expect the JF glaze to have much of an effect but is it quite noticeable then?0 -

Yes, you can use them together -- and if you wait for a 342 offer on Olay or skincare, I think you end up getting all 3 free or nearly free (if memory serves). I know last time they had 342 on skincare, it included the Total Effects hand lotion (but only the slightly more expensive fragrance free lotion at 6.xx). So I just paid the 1.xx (after using the £5 Total Effects voucher), got my wipes for free (with voucher), and got some face wash free (as it was the third item). So three items for £1.xx. Might be worth waiting for a sale if your coupon doesn't expire until October.0 -
