They aren't till splits like the others. It's too good an offer to miss out on especially after spending all that money. Will not spend more money, but will spend more time looking for that great bargain!

Blingbabe, without a doubt, i would complain to head office! i had a snobby no.7 sales assistant too in the bexleyheath store, she looked at me as if i was bloody stealing the items with £5 vouchers  .
But seriously, you should put in a letter/email to head office, you'll probably get a gift card for it too;)
if thats the no7 lady i think you are talking about i always avoid paying with her. i take the stuff to the main tills cos i find the other sa's there to be quite nice. especially the one with the ginger curly hair.
well ladies i went to oxford street last night and was in boots heaven - didnt realise there was about 4 different boots stores along it!!:A
went into the big one opposite debenhams as recommended by darkangel (i think) - thanks!
was abit packed so didnt really bother with the fragrances cos we kept being asked every 2 minutes if we needed any help.
went to no7 counter and i picked up a couple of the brushes, a nail varnish and an eyeshadow. the sa was fine about me doing it in single transactions.
must say i love the shade of nail varnish - it was one called milan, is so nice and sparkly pink!!:p
those 4 items came to £6.50.
more than if i had gone to local store but i this was only chance i was going to have for bootsing before the voucher runs out so i didnt mind too much.
oh was going to ask about the tinted moisturizer - does it come out quite dark? not sure if i need fair or medium0 -
Evening everyone. I had a bit complicated shopping today, the results are good though, list as follow:
No 7 Lip & Eye Screen £5.75 (BOGOF hair spritz)
No 7 Stay Perfect Nail Milan £6.25
No 7 man’s wake-up face wash £6
Used £5 email cosmetics voucher, total to pay £13
Gained 1100 points :
250 (man’s GWP) + 200 (mag) + 350 (ACM washing & bathing) + 300 (ACM washing + bathing)
Ok, now the story:
Trying to resist the No 7 glitch for a long time as really don’t need any stuff. Just got a GWP from Estee Lauder last month (treated myself with points) and a GWP from Elizabeth Arden so not really interested in the lady’s GWP from No7. Y’day BF said the man’s GWP looks pretty good. I told him EFFECTIVELYwe can get it for £5 with four more items (£13 - 800 points), he finally said “ok get it” rather than criticising me being obsessed with boots:D
.
Anyway went to boots after work, picked up the above items (as suggested by an experienced bootser, sorry forgot the name), went to pay at the No7 counter. The SA was very cold, no smiling at all. She scanned everything (including the GWP) and told me it’s not £20 yet (£18 before I gave the £5 cosmetics voucher). She said just keep the items there and I can look around and get more, I simply took my stuff and walked away.
Exactly Same stuff, I took to the till upstairs (SAs there are normally very nice). This SA scanned everything, GWP went free (how mean is the No7 SA:mad: ). Also no problem with 200 points mag voucher and 250 man’s GWP voucher. But the ACM washing & bathing ones wouldn’t scan. As she doesn’t have right to override it. She took me to the photo till and asked that SA there.
The gentleman SA said the voucher is for lady’s range only, I said it didn’t say so on the voucher. He then said it’s till 24th May, I said no, it’s printed on 24th May but valid till 17th June. Again he said the two washing & bathing vouchers cannot be used together, I said then why they’re different bar code. Finally he gave up and added 650 points manually. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: The lovely SA was apologizing for the inconvenience even:A
BF said my arguing skills have significantly improved since boosting
BTW, my AC only gives me 350 points for No 7 washing. Today I took a colleague’s card as I wanted to print out the photo voucher (mine just disappears after I printed once). By chance I noticed her card gave 300 points for No 7 washing instead and the last digit of the barcode is different. That’s where this extra one came from. Hope this helps someone.
But still wondering though: is the washing & bathing voucher really for lady’s products only? Or it’s because of face wash, as I remember somebody bought hair&body wash and it worked?
/// sorry for the long posting ///
Yeah I got it to work on the hair and body wash but again it had to be manually added.
Its nice to see my list is working out for others too.....migyt have to get another one myself! Will not spend more money, but will spend more time looking for that great bargain!

Sorry hogshead, but as much as I'd love to have sent you any vouchers, I can't take any credit because it wasn't me
I only get the bog-standard acm ones that no-one wants
So sorry to have mis member quoted...It was infact Rubes who sent them but as you 2 are like Ant & Dec, Laurel & Hardy, Bubble & Squeak it was an easy mistake to make.
I had a headache & went to bed, whilst led there I KNEW I'd made this error but couldn't bring myself to correct it last night so Rubes thanks for the vouchers.0 -
hadn't been bootsing this month much because am really low with the money went in yesterday with the printed No7 vouchers and the NO 7 lady says so wht did you have to do to get this?
i told her i had been sent an email, when i pulled out the 6 i wanted to use she said its only one per person, i told it didnt say so to put my four items through. I gave the other two to my friend and she said why are you using them, i'm off to phone head office.
as we were walking away she said to the next customer some people aren't ashamed of themselves trying to get things for free:mad:
This is the one who is always rude and overpushy do you think its worth a call to customer services?
Yes, it is! Boots put these coupons out for us to use, and staff shouldn't make people feel ashamed for making use of the offers Boots created for the purpose of getting you to shop in the store, which is what you were doing. I'm doubly amazed about this behavior from No7 SAs after reading here that they get commission on coupons, too. So what's her beef; wouldn't she rather have commission on six items than one?
None of us should be made to feel bad for making use of legitimate bargains; I know I sure wouldn't buy any No7 stuff without them, as for the most part it's no better than brands like Revlon and Loreal (maybe not even as good as those brands), and inferior to Estee Lauder and some other premium brands, imo. But we try it and buy it, and maybe find a favorite shade of something that keeps us coming back, because of the deals and gwps. If they alienate us "bargain" buyers, No7 sales would drop noticeably. Rant over, lol.0 -
hi mrs t, trying to type with v tired baby in arms, been up since 4.45 am!
Botanics Hair conditioner in a round tub is £4.99 or 2 for £5, some people have had probs with voucher scanning but they should override manually.
TS you can get 1 shamp/1 conditioner from pink (seems to be most successful) or blue long hair range so you shouyld get them both for free with acm/pc voucher. Mine have had to be overridden both times though or voided off i think.
Pantene is on 2 for £4 so you could get 2 items (as expensive as poss) and only pay £2 or any one item you should just get free
Olay you'll get the hand cream for free (think it's £4.97) in a Black box
HTH
I want to get some of this before the sale ends; has anyone tried the color range? I think it's called Brunette Expressions? I actually have some brunette John Frieda glaze that is nice, except it once actually stained my scalp slightly along the part of my hair! So I'm a bit nervous about Pantene.0 -

Buy a £20 Orange top-up and get 150pts. Some people have reported getting the 150pts on a £5 top-up. Thanks Gottasavecash.

Just phoned customer services about the orange top up, and was told this offer has now finished. I was just too late..

Rant over, lol.I asked my nice No7 SA if she was on commission and she told me they (No7 SA's)weren't ..however they were on a slightly higher rate of pay as they are classed as beauty consultants not sales assistantsThis is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. Here it is. When looking for a quick answer, don't forget to also check the first post in this thread, as that's where all the deals are listed (and where I found this link).0
