What Glamour freebies have you received?

Got the face masks today.:) The box was a bit squashed but I remedied it. x

I received my SK-II face masks today, my packet was open:mad: (looks like it had never sealed properly) but luckily for my I have a very honest postman and the actual masks hadn't been opened and all looks good :j

Can someone please give me some advice?

I had forgotten that I had won the SK-II masks until this morning. I got all excited this morning when I got a jiffy bag in the post. But I opened it to find it empty save for a piece of paper saying “congratulations you are a winner with Glamour magazine”. The masks haven’t been stolen out of the envelope as far as I can tell, it was really well stuck down, it just seems as though the masks were forgotten to be put in the envelope.

Is there any point me contacting Glamour about this? Or should I just accept that it’s gone?

all mine have have been badly damaged so far like squashed boxes and im still waiting for 3 more to turn up

Debbie23 I would definately contact Glamour as you won through them, they don't send the items out but they can contact the relevant people. I would keep the packaging you did receive.

Thank you, I have sent off an email to Glamour, I won't hold my breathe but maybe I’ll be lucky. It's really weird though, because the package just doesn't look tampered with at all.

It could just be clumsy Royal Mail hence packaging burst etc as there are no warnings etc on any I have recieved saying fragile handle with care etc and the companys will not send out burst things

Debbie it could be that someone has forgotten to put it in would send them off an email for sure.

Im waiting for my face masks too, my ruby and millie pallette, anna sui, revlon nail varnish, loreal sun cream, and the hair stuff.
