you could set the reserve price to £160 if no one meets the reserve you could contact the highest bidder later via the second chance button and arrange a cash sale.Not ethical but someone contacted me via the second chance route as i did not meet the reserve price. I bought the item later for cash at his reserve price.0

That won't work though will it? If the reserve price isn't met then there is no second chance offer to be made, so the only way of doing this would be unofficially 'off' ebay which leaves you vulnerable to being reported to Ebay for making an offer to deal outside ebay.
How about listing it with a best offer chance? I've never done that but there is a thread on here from yesterday talking about it, it just means that buyers can contact you and make an offer which you can either accept and deal through ebay, or decline.
