3 Cancelled Contract - Advice needed!

Comments

  • Using a 2g phone with a 3 sim costs 3 £ as you are contantly roaming on o2.

At the start of my contract I put my 3 sim in a 2g phone (nokia 7250i), after 3 months they barred my sim (Jan 05) and sent out a replacement that doesn't work in any 2g phone. I also got a letter quoting section 5.3 of their T&Cs.

3 must be fed up of people using 2g phones with their sims and cancelling contracts at will.

If you really want to go back to 3, try a 3 shop and ask them to call Glasgow customer services for you. They have more powers than our Indian friends.

I don't think that a bit of fraud is a wise recommendation, Poppy.
    :(

I think it would only have been fraud if the OP was trying to claim replacement cost off an insurance policy. I wasn't suggesting this.
