Nationwide -14.6% YoY
In the last few months, nationwide has dropped 1.8, 1.5 and 1.4%.
So far the YOY was comparing -ve drops against +ve rises.
Next month it will compare -ve with -ve for the first time this year.
Factoring in a 1.3% guess drop next month, this would put the YoY at -14.8% so still going down but you will see a levelling off in the graph:wall:

Percentage drop from peak is what will be interesting to watch from next month onwards, not the YoY figures0 -
