Why don't you use 1899, they charge only 1 penny per sms message to all destinations including international ones.

Be careful 1899 operate an unclear fair use policy,and they will without warning start charging 6p a text.

"We reserve the right after a certain amount of SMS (FUP) to start charging sms for the default rate. "0 -
You could get some Free Sims from T-Mob and put them on Text Alert just 3p a text.

Try signing up to BT web2sms (google it). They give you 50 texts a month free. I use it and its reliable.0
