elektra, I read your post and logged into my account online and it is still available as an option to upgrade till 2011, so I have!

    Cheers

any news of the new long term fixed plan coming out today?

i actually had a missed call from scottish power earlier I asked them to call me if a similiar deal to 2011 came out as I wasn't interested in the 2009 deal.

Anyone know when the old fixed priced untill 2011 offer closed?

I applied on 13th May for this and got a ref number. also £75 tracked on quidco.

When we went on holiday on 23rd May I had had no communication from Scottish Power, no emails no letters ewtc.

Got home last night and had a letter confirming I had agreed to join Scottish Power but no mention of the tarrif and as yet no emails.

the letter included a Price booklet, but thsi is the Feb 2008(v2) booklet, no mention of fixed prices tarrif

However if I check the status on my application online it says I am on Fixed Price NSC OL product, but they have dated my application as 26/05/08. Quidco tracked on 13 May 2008.

I am reluctant to call them because this may jepordise the quidco, which is the part that makes this pay in the short term.

Any ideas folks? Hence wanting to know when they closed the offer. If it was afrer 26/05 I may be OK, but just trying to understand if I have been tricked.

    Cheers
