Hmm, to me it means 'block this bidder before he bids'
At a guess I would think the buyer is trying to dictate what he thinks post and packing would be to Finland if he wins, and I don't like my buyers dictating terms to me.
Angel, if it was me I would reply and just say that you are sorry but the auction has been set to UK only and you prefer to keep it that way, then I'd double check I'd set my preferences correctly!

I took it to mean £1.50-£2?
As in, he would expect postage to be charged at no more than £1.50 to £2.
I definitely think you did the right thing by saying no to him.

Having dealt with buyers from all four corners of the earth, I'd have to say that those from Scandinavian countries are amongst the best, and pay top dollar into the bargain..... And if they don't win, they sure help to push Brit buyers bids to the max.
What was their feedback history like?
Was this a "collectable item"?
Do they have a history of International deals?
Let's not forget there is a language barrier here and to that end I am afraid I'd have read the "£1.5-2 I guess" comment differently, more along the lines of an off the cuff comment rather than one of dictation.... i.e. "It shouldn't be more than a couple of quid"The MSE Dictionary

i think it is just a request for postage costs written in really poor english, which is acceptable when thinking about how well you would do using a foreign language.
you are right to be cautious though.'What's poignancy grandad?'

So how is your Finnish?
How would you ask someone in Finland how much it would cost them to post an item to you?
Do you expect them to read English or do you try and communicate with them in pigeon Finnish?
I think he was asking if it would cost between £1.50 and £2 in his estimation.
You could have tried the Royal Mail website and costed it out for him OR take the easy way out and block him...I eBay, you eBay, we eBay.... just do it!!!!!0
