The tree/bush plants that have really dark green leaves and dark blue flowers? They're just starting to come into flower now.

Just Googled it. Looks like the one I mean. Thank you!

Are they expensive to buy? Are they easy to keep?

They are a lovely plant, i used to have one in the garden of a previous house but be warned they do spread very quickly.

I was thinking of getting another when i`ve planned the rest of the garden but i shall plant it in a large pot and sink it into the soil.

In my previous house I had the 'climber type' which did grow quite quickly in the couple of years I was there from a small plant to covering a 6ft fence. Nice because it's evergreen and stopped people staring through the fence into the garden!!

In the house I'm in now I bought the 'bush' type ( I do like these plants) and it's growing a little slower, only been in the ground since last summer. But then again the soil in this garden isn't that good, which has slowed it down a bit!! .

They can handle a hard pruning really well. I used to cut mine back to the main trunk every other year. Kept it lovely and tidy.
