Mobile Contract Help Please

Hi

Hope someone can give a bit of advice, will keep it short, my daughter took out 2 x 12 month contracts with 02 for her and her BF, since then they have parted, he wont give her the phone back, even though its in my daughters name.:mad:
She has blocked the sim so he cant run up any extra call costs, be we have not got the IMEI number either to report it lost/stolen.
Know there probably isnt much she can do but pay the remaining term of the contract and put it down to a bad experience !!

ring 02, they should have a copy of the imei number they sold her, the shop should too, that way she can have the handset barred
