Hi ITBS,
Our interview was a long one, and despite being told it would be about 2-3 hours long it was just over 5hrs.  It was very intensive, and despite being well prepared it was very draining, and to cap it all off, the guy said that he wasn't happy about some of our explanations, and we'd need to be interviewed again by a specialist investigator; oh joy.  Needless to say we never heard anything more about the second interview, but it was hanging over us until we were discharged.
Our affairs were complicated; Ltd Co., large transfers between ourselves and the company, assets disposed of, blah, blah, blah. We were fortunate in that the guy who interviewed us was slightly over weight, and it was a scorching hot August day in shoebox of an office, with only an air conditioning unit to keep the temperature bearable.
Spotting my chance, I asked him if we could turn it off, because they give me backache, and I didn't want to be unfit for work.  My O.H was well prepared too, (we were interviewed together) she was wearing a wrap around light summer skirt, hold-up stockings, a skimpy top, and her Sharon Stone impersonations were a classic. If she wasn't dropping her pen, she was crossing, and un-crossing her legs.:o
The poor guy had to keep stopping for "comfort breaks" and it did somewhat spoil his concentration.:D
It's surprising how quick you forget though, and just accept there's nothing more you can do, and just get on with life and see what happens.
Maybe a couple of beers would improve your mood?

i had a mate who always timed his vat inspections for winter, sat the inspector in the conservatory, turned the heating off and left the windows open, then went down the cafe and left em to it....

Well done ITBS.
What you have done today is huge, there's no denying that fact.
Yous case is way too complicated for my pea-brain but hats off to you for everything you have done so far.
Don't expect too much of yourself today, a huge sigh of relief that this step has been taken and on to the next. I hope that the worst is over - certainly you know now what you are up against so that's one thing.
All the very very best.

Well done ITBS!!!
Really sorry to hear you've had a bit of a bad experience with the OR but it's really impressive that you confronted her head on and she was nicer to you :-)
Enjoy a cold one and sleep well and you'll feel better in the morrow :-)

I felt like sh*t too after mine on Monday but I feel a bit better now. Took a few days to sink in and I had a day to myself yesterday and just chilled as I found it all very emotional and draining.*BSC member 159*If you can't get rid of the skeleton in your closet, you'd best teach it to dance.....:D0
