I missed the abuse, I get the gist too though... Anyone would think that going BR is illegal... like the process isn't ran through a court of law or scrutinised by Official Receivers etc...
I've just checked the IS site and yes... going bankrupt is still legal :j phew, close one, we're all right people! :rolleyes::p:D

All it involves is paying £105 to have the reg taken from the vehicle and you stored as the legal owwner for the next 12 months, then it's £25 a year to keep renewing the reg for 12 months, unless/until you put it on a car.
The defrauding allegations came regarding me not declaring this as an assett. My argument is that it isn't an assett to anyone other than me as it spells my first initial middle initial and surname, and that I have goods in my house, tv etc, worth 4 times as much that the OR has no interest in, i don't see why this should be any different, given that a resale would be timely and realise very little capital.
(This way is probably less painful and cheaper than changing your name btw:rotfl: )0 -

It does go down..not often though...but when they're updating stuff it can come back online anytime really....not much help to you though
